I moved down to the Tampa area back in May.  Since that time, I’ve had 30+ burgers.  I’ve been looking for the burger that separates itself from the others.  The burger that just might set the bar at a level all other burgers strive to achieve.  I found that burger!

The restaurant is modern, beautiful, and has a lively vibe.  The service is impeccable.  The food is amazing!  The Burger?  It IS the Best Burger in the Tampa Bay area.  I won’t hesitate to say that when I’m asked.

The two 3oz. shortrib & brisket blended patties, have a great crust, are seasoned well and are super juicy.  The white American cheese is melted beautifully into the beef.  The soft, toasted potato bun gets a healthy swipe of their delicious homemade thousand island sauce on both sides.  A few raw, diced red onions are spread on the bottom bun while just the right amount of chopped lettuce is spread on the top bun.

Le Burger hits every note beautifully.  The beef is tender and juicy.  The cheese melts into every nook and cranny of the patties.  The lettuce and the onions blend in with the sauce on the top and bottom buns.  It has a nice soft feeling in your hand.  It will dazzle you, and if you are like me, you’ll want to enjoy this burger experience again as soon as possible.  I shared about 1/3 of the burger.  I’m not inclined to do that again.  For the smashburger purists, you can get it without lettuce.  You can also add a third patty if you desire.

The next time you plan a night out, Boulon will make it worth your time and money.  If you have plans to knock off another burger on your hit list, change them.  This should be your next burger.
