Smashburgers have definitely taken over Tampa Bay.Β Iβm back to looking for a few really good, juicy, thick pattied burgers.Β Keep sending me your favorites.

Another Orlando burger joint realizing they need to be in Tampa. I welcome their thick patty burger menu.Β That menu includes this Volcano burger and a few others, including the Mozza Melt, the Mushroom Magic & the Vault Burger, all of them giving you unique flavor options.Β They also have Chicken Burgers.Β I call them sandwiches, but since this is a Vault of Burgers, why not.Β Thereβs even a Hot Dog Burger.
Getting to the Volcano Burger, itβs a 5.3oz. flame broiled patty of halal beef, doubled up.Β The math tells you thatβs a mountain of beef.Β Be very hungry or bring a friend.Β You can temp it to your liking.Β I asked for medium, but will go for medium rare next time.Β The beefβs juiciness was ok.Β The seasoning?Β Needed some.Β It comes with white American cheese.Β I love when the cheese is melted nicely, but as you can see in the video, they may have kept the dome on a little long.Β The veggies were fresh.Β A few very thin sliced red onions on top, liked, a leaf of romaine lettuce and a thin sliced tomato on the bottom, liked.Β As far as the Volcano part, I got a couple of jalapeΓ±oβs on the bottom.Β The Volcano sauce is delicious and does pack some heat.Β Loved it.Β The bun was lightly toasted and I liked.
It’s a good thick patty option.
