After veering off course for one post, I’m back to the ever popular Smashburger review this post. Just another dream being fulfilled story.

Hassan started smashing beef on a portable flattop. Then came a food truck called SandWishy. He’s since added a few partners and is rockin’ out a place in Temple Terrace called Haddaburger. The menu has expanded a little bit, but is short, simple and delicious.
The burgers? There’s only one, the Smashburger, but you can single it, double it or triple those 3oz. patties. They are smashing the halal beef Oklahoma style. A decent amount of shaved onions and a few sliced jalapeños get smashed into that nicely seasoned and crispy edged beef. The jalapeños give it just a little heat, don’t worry. American cheese melts beautifully on it. They have four different house made sauces to pick from. I got the Hadda Special sauce, which is like a burger sauce. It’s delicious. A few sliced pickles on the bottom bun, which is a soft, toasted brioche bun.
The burger has kind of a bigger feel to it. You’ve got to take it head on and you gladly will. So, triple, double or single? I’ve had two triples and a double. You know my recommendation. Totally Triple! A double is fine as well for the beef to bun ratio. Single? Haha, No. You can also mod the Smashburgers any which way you choose. Try some Dubai cheese on it.
This Smashburger is cheesy, juicy, sauced up, well seasoned and just wonderful!
I have to mention the Loaded Fries. SO good. Two smashed patties, chopped up, cover the bed of fries and a sauce of your choice blankets the beef. You’ll get them every time. The Nashville Mozzarella Logs are very good as well.

The obvious question that needs to be asked? Have you had a burger at Haddaburger yet?
