A good burger starts with good beef. Who has good beef? How about a Meat Market? Makes sense. What about taking that beef and making a burger out of it? How about a Deli? This place has you covered.

Brothers Dax and Drew opened Mac’s 2 1/2 years ago. They offer certified angus beef cuts, like Ribeye, NY Strip & Filet Mignon, along with chicken wings, breasts & thighs, pork chops, bacon & ground beef. If you have any custom meat requests, they will make it happen. This is the meat market side where you’ll get great satisfaction, cooking and enjoying the meat when you get home. The other side is their Deli side. This is the instant satisfaction/enjoyment side. Their sandwich menu is creative and impressive. They use @boarshead_official meats for their sandwiches. They have a few different Cubans, including a Cuban Reuben, which is fantastic. I was happy they use @lasegundabakery bread for their Cubans as well. Their most popular menu items are the Cuban, the grilled steak sandwich and the cheeseburger.
I went with the Cheeseburger and made it a double. At 1/3 pound each, the double patty will certainly take care of your hunger needs. As I mentioned earlier, they use Certified Angus Beef at an 81/19 fat content ratio. They prepare and form the patties every day. They’ll cook it to your satisfied temp. I went with medium. The patties were pretty juicy, had a good char and were seasoned pretty well with seasoning from @stelmosteakhouse. American cheese nicely melted, I liked the grilled red onions, the thin sliced pickles and their awesome sauce was… awesome! The lightly toasted, soft brioche bun was good. I had them swipe the buns with their garlic butter for more flavor. Dennis has made me the double cheeseburger 3 times and it’s been very good every time.
I love their macaroni and potato salads. I highly recommend their Mac Daddy Cuban and their Cuban Reuben sandwiches.
