This is the last of the Burgers from my St. Augustine Burger Tour. I had quite a few good burgers on this trip. The decor is the star at this place. Memorabilia from gas stations and old cars are on display in this diner destination. It was voted one of the Top 25 Burger Joints in the USA.
The menu is fun and extensive. Car themed as you might expect. It’s almost impossible to make a decision without wondering if you made the right choice. I wasn’t looking for anything crazy, just a good diner style cheeseburger. The Corvette was my choice.
A 1/2 pound prime beef patty. It had a big feel to it. The beef was solid. Maybe a little more seasoning, maybe a little juicier for me, but solid none the less. A lot of melted American cheese was satisfying. Thick sliced pickles lined the bottom. I opted out of the LTO and went with grilled onions. They were diced and plentiful. The Obi’s sauce was tasty and on the side. I can pour it on myself I guess. I did enjoy the atmosphere and the diner style burger.
