What do we look for when we visit a BBQ restaurant?ย Great meat!ย Your Brisket Smash Burger experience starts and finishes with the 100% brisket trimmings from the brisket used in their sliced and chopped brisket.ย Itโs ground in house daily with Boโs smoked brisket tallow mixed in.ย The tallow is also used on the grill before the two 3.5oz. patties are smashed in it.ย Youโll love how juicy and well seasoned this beef is.ย Itโs really a treat.ย In fact, I went back the following week and had them add a patty for me, just because thatโs what I do, and because the beef is so juicy, flavorful and charred so nicely.ย Iโm not sorry I tripled it.
American cheese is melted beautifully on the patties.ย One yellow slice, one white slice.ย A delicious burger sauce gets swiped on the top and bottom of the soft, buttery toasted brioche bun.ย They keep things simple, but simply fantastic.ย This is a wonderful burger!ย Make a visit before someone asks you what your favorite burger is in Tampa Bay.ย The Brisket Smash Burger might change your answer.
